Terms of service

Last updated: April 2026
Note: This document is in beta. Please consult your lawyer before depending on Levely commercially.

By creating an account and using Levely, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use the service.

1. What Levely is

Levely is a reward-based parental-control platform that blocks and unblocks internet services based on your kid's educational progress, using network-level DNS filtering.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the account, your kids' PINs, and all activity under your profile. You must be of legal age and the legal guardian of the minors whose profiles you create.

3. Acceptable use

You cannot use Levely to filter content that isn't yours, interfere with the service, or extract other users' data. Applied blocking depends on proper DNS setup on your network — Levely does not guarantee that any parental-control system is unbeatable.

4. Payment and billing

When we exit beta, subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Previously processed charges are non-refundable except in exceptional cases.

5. Warranty and liability

Levely is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee 100% uptime, absence of bugs, or that parental blocking is impossible for a technically savvy kid to circumvent. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

6. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, the mascot 'Levi' and the Levely brand are property of Levely. No copying, redistribution or derivative works without written permission.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. If you don't accept the changes, you can cancel your account.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Mexican law. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Mexico City.
