Privacy policy

At Levely (operated at levely.pro) we take your kids' privacy seriously. This document explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data controller

Levely, at levely.pro, is the controller of the personal data we collect.

2. What we collect

From the parent: email, name, payment info (processed by Stripe). From the kid: display name, avatar (emoji), birth year, PIN, XP, completed exercises, attempts, earned and used time. We do not collect location, contacts, camera, microphone or messages.

3. Why we use it

Running the service: showing lessons, syncing progress, applying network blocks/unlocks per your config. Service-related notifications (if you opt in). Aggregate, anonymized analytics to improve the product. We do NOT use minors' data for advertising.

4. Sharing with providers

We use technical providers to operate: Neon (database), Clerk (auth), NextDNS (DNS filtering), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (content generation and TTS). These providers only access data strictly needed for their role and are contractually bound to protect it. We never sell your data.

5. COPPA / GDPR-K compliance

Levely is designed so parents create and manage their kids' profiles — we do not let minors create accounts directly. We follow COPPA (US), GDPR-K (Europe), and Mexico's LFPDPPP rules regarding minors.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and object to the processing of data (yours and your kids'). From your dashboard you can: view all data, edit it, delete any kid profile, or close your whole account (which deletes everything within 30 days, or immediately on request).

7. Retention

We keep data while your account is active. On cancellation, we delete everything after 30 days by default, or immediately if you expressly request it.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your session and remember your language. No ad-tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this document, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. Version history available on request.
